The Public Joint Stock Company «Khartsyzsk Tube Works» presents its new production - steel electric-welded longitudinal pipes of higher category of reliability, produced according to TU U 27.2-00191135-073-2003, and also pipes with internal flow and anticorrosion coating, produced according to TU U 27.2-00191135-064-2003 and TU U 27.2-00191135-075-2003. The pipes of higher category of reliability are used for complicated sections of pipelines - water barriers, highlands, cross-roads and communications.

By standards it is also foreseen the production of special pipes which will be used to manufacture different constructive elements of the pipelines («lashes», incuts, sections of cold bend, T-bends, bands, etc.). For the first time in such documents it is foreseen the test of characteristics of the structural state of metal - the size of grain, pollution with non-metallic insertions, hardness of metal in the area of axis segregation heterogeneity.

The technical conditions are worked out by the Works together with the Institute of Electric Welding named after Y.O.Paton, the Institute of Oil Transportation, State Tube Institute named after Y.Y.Osada, the Institute of Pipelines and are agreed with the main customers of pipes -NJSC «Neftegaz of Ukraine», PJSC «Ukrtransnafta» and PJSC «VNIPITRANSGAZ».

Internal flow coating for higher carrying capacities of gas pipelines and also anticorrosion epoxy coating for oil and water pipelines are applied at the technological line put into operation at the PJSC «Khartsyzsk Tube Works» at the beginning of 2003. The line with automated technological process control is designed to apply coating for pipes 457-1420 mm (18"-56") in diameter. The requirements for internal coating are determined by technical conditions worked out by the Works together with the State Tube Institute named after Y.Y.Osada and Research Institite for construction and maintenance of the units of Fuel and Energy Complex of Russian Federation «Institute VNIIST» Ltd. (Moscow).
